The tree of this variety is characterized by vigorous growth and forms a large, wide-spreading crown. The variety is recognized as quite hardy and is successfully cultivated in northern regions, including Sweden and the northern part of Germany.

The fruits are pear-shaped or conical and medium-sized. The skin is rough to the touch due to brown russeting. The flesh is cream-colored, characterized by a sweet taste and a melting or semi-melting consistency.

The variety ripens by mid-September and retains its consumer qualities until the end of October. The fruits are suitable both for fresh consumption and for processing, for example, for making preserves or cider.
