Variety description

10 August 2026

The tree of this variety is vigorous, reaching 8–10 m in height, possessing powerful upright growth and a wide, harmonious crown. The foliage is green and glossy. The variety is undemanding and well adapted to winter frosts.

The fruits ripen in September – October; they are small, grey-green in color, often with a red blush. The flesh is juicy and sweet, possessing a distinct spicy aroma. For fruit set, the variety requires a pollinator tree, and yields may be lower than those of modern commercial varieties.

The variety is considered universal and is widely used in cooking for making jam, jelly, pastries, and pickling. The fruits are also used in the production of beverages, including cider.
