The HL 31-50-31 genotype is a breeding specimen undergoing testing as part of scientific programs. It is not intended for widespread cultivation and does not possess characteristics inherent to consumer fruit and berry crop varieties.
During studies conducted in the Czech Republic, this genotype was classified as moderately resistant to infection by the fire blight pathogen Erwinia amylovora. Publications dedicated to this specimen focus exclusively on its susceptibility to pathogens.
