Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety is late-ripening and belongs to the late-autumn maturity period. The trees are characterized by vigorous growth, healthy development, and high productivity after entering the fruiting phase, which does not occur early. In Europe, the variety is often grown in dwarf form on quince rootstocks, although it may exhibit delayed incompatibility with them without an interstock.

The fruits have thin, tender skin, and the flesh is distinguished by its juiciness, rich vinous flavor, and pleasant aroma. Due to the fragility of the fruits, the variety is unsuitable for long-term storage and bulk transport, and is therefore recommended for home gardening and collection plantings. Good disease resistance is noted, including resistance to fire blight.
