The variety belongs to the autumn maturity group. Fruits are medium-sized, have a pyriform shape, smooth surface, and green color with a light tan. Fruit flesh is creamy, loose, tender, semi-buttery, possesses a strong aroma and sweet taste.

The tree begins to bear fruit in the 2–3rd year after planting, characterized by a stable yield and average flowering time. The variety shows resistance to powdery mildew. It is an independent variety and is not a synonym for the variety «Конференция».
