The variety was obtained by crossing Beurre Superfin and Williams' Bon Chrétien varieties. Harvesting occurs in early September, consumption in mid-September. The fruits have greenish-yellow skin, completely covered with coarse russeting, and are distinguished by an asymmetrical shape.
Grafting onto Quince A rootstock ensures medium tree size. The variety belongs to pollination group D and requires the presence of pollinator varieties blooming in the same period. The crop is susceptible to fire blight.
