The tree has a broad-conical crown shape. The fruits reach a length of 130 mm and a width of 75 mm, have a light green or yellow-green color, and the fruit surface is often uneven or bumpy.

Consumer maturity occurs in October. The fruit flesh is sweet to the taste with a light acidity and astringency. The variety is a hybrid of the varieties Doyenné d'Hiver and Beurré d'Arenberg.
