The Prestareccia tree has medium vigor, forming an upright crown with non-intensive branching. Shoots are characterized by medium length and internode thickness, the presence of a medium to above-average number of lenticels, and slight pubescence on current year's growth.

Young shoots on the sun-exposed side have a reddish-brown hue. The plant's flowers are grouped in corymb inflorescences of 8, with the diameter of each flower being approximately 35 mm.
