The tree is characterized by vigorous growth and forms a pyramidal crown, although growth can be weak when using quince rootstock type A. The variety begins to bear fruit 2–4 years after planting, is characterized by regular yields, and is considered self-fertile, while also serving as a good pollinator for other varieties.

The fruits ripen in October, have a pear shape and smooth skin, the color of which changes from brownish-russet to golden-brown. The flesh of the fruits is white, juicy, and sweet with a slight musky hint. In case of a heavy crop, fruit thinning is necessary to maintain their size and taste quality.

The plant prefers warm planting sites and fertile soils. The variety shows general resistance to diseases. Intensive pruning of the tree is recommended.
