The variety matures in October and belongs to the autumn group. Fruits have an elongated, calabash shape, straw-yellow skin with an orange-red blush. The flesh is yellowish, buttery, juicy, and aromatic, with a taste varying from sweet to sweet-and-sour, sometimes containing grit cells.

The tree is characterized by low growth and forms a rounded crown, showing sufficient fertility. The variety is characterized by resistance to scab. Fruits require careful handling due to a short shelf life.

The variety is used primarily as a table variety, however, it is suitable for various types of processing, including the preparation of juices, compotes, and desserts. The historical nature of the variety means that in old literature it may appear under various synonyms.
