The variety has an S-genotype S1S3 and is genetically incompatible with the Agua de Aranjuez variety. In agronomic trials, grafting onto the EM-C rootstock was used. The variety's yield is characterized as low.

Fruits ripen in early July and have a good flesh consistency. The variety is rich in farnesene isomers and is being studied as raw material for the production of distillates. Publications address issues of post-harvest treatment of fruits against fungal infections.
