The tree forms a pyramidal crown and is characterized by moderate vigor and winter hardiness. The variety was obtained from a seed of the pear «Beré Ardenpont».

The fruits are large, knobby, and golden-yellow in color. The fruit flesh is white, delicate, melting, and aromatic, possessing a sweet taste with a vinous note. Harvest maturity occurs in November; the fruits are suitable for storage until December.

The yield of the variety is medium and stable. At present, the variety is primarily considered a collector's item or genetic material.
