The tree has medium vigor, reaching about 5 meters in height at maturity with a crown width of 4 meters. The variety was obtained from a Beurré d'Amanlis pear seedling. Trees begin to bear fruit at a young age and are characterized by abundant and regular yields.
Fruits are large, egg-shaped, with golden-green or gray-brown skin that can acquire a bronze tint in the sun. The flesh is white, juicy, of buttery consistency, possessing a sweet taste with a spicy aroma. The harvest takes place in the second half of September.
Fruits can be stored for one to four months in cool conditions, however, they require careful handling due to a susceptibility to mechanical damage. The variety shows high resistance to the main diseases of fruit trees, including scab.
