The tree grows with medium vigor in the beginning, slowing down with age, forming an ovoid-conical, often dense crown. The variety is sensitive to fire blight and frosts, and moderately resistant to scab. It begins fruiting in the 2–3 year, fruiting abundantly and regularly.
Fruits weighing 130–200 g have thin skin and cream-white, tender, buttery flesh with a wine-sweet taste. The variety is of universal use, suitable for fresh consumption and processing. The shelf life of fruits in cold storage is about 4 months.
The variety is self-incompatible and requires the presence of pollinators blooming at the same time, such as «Конференция», «Комисовка», «Фаворитка», «Бера Харди» and «Генерал Леклерк».
