The variety is a natural bud mutation of the William's variety. The tree is medium-sized, fruits are medium to large, weighing 160–220 g, sometimes up to 300 g, with a classic pear shape. The skin is bright red or dark red, and the color becomes more intense upon ripening.
The fruit flesh is creamy-white, juicy, buttery, and sweet, with a muscat flavor. The fruit ripening period falls at the end of August — early September. Winter hardiness of the variety is medium; weak susceptibility to fungal diseases is noted.
To obtain a yield, the variety requires cross-pollination; suitable pollinators include the Conference, Bosc, and other varieties. Trees require regular irrigation, fertilization, and pruning.
