CH 201
ActivePyrus communis L. · European pear
EST. PRODUCTIVO DE DANILO CHRISTEN
10 August 2026
The variety was obtained at the K. A. Timiryazev Moscow Agricultural Academy by hybridizing the Olga and Lesnaya krasavitsa varieties. Trees usually do not exceed 2.5–3 meters in height. The crown is narrow-pyramidal at a young age and prone to thickening, becoming more spreading with age.
Fruits with an average weight of 120–140 g (sometimes up to 180–250 g) have a regular pear-shaped or obovate shape, and yellow-green smooth dry skin. The flesh is juicy, semi-oily, with a sweet taste and slight acidity. Fruits transport well.
The variety has high general resistance to diseases and winter hardiness. To maintain fruit quality, regular pruning of the tree is required, aimed at preventing thickening of the crown.
