The fruits are large or very large, obtuse pear-shaped. The skin is light yellow or golden in color, sometimes with a carmine blush. The flesh is white, fine-textured, very sweet and aromatic. The variety is suitable for fresh consumption, canning, and culinary use.

Flowering is late, which protects against spring frosts. The harvest ripens from September, the fruits are prone to rapid ripening after picking. The variety requires cross-pollination and can act as a pollinator for other pears itself. Good general disease resistance is noted.

The tree height depends on the rootstock type. On quince rootstock, the tree reaches an average height of about 3 meters and is suitable for intensive gardening; on vigorous rootstocks, the tree can reach 6–8 meters. The crown architecture is well-suited for pruning.
