The tree possesses vigorous or moderate growth energy and a pyramidal crown shape. The variety enters fruiting 3–5 years after planting and is characterized by good adaptability to various climatic conditions and frost resistance.
The fruits are of medium or large size, weighing from 150 to 250 g, and have a short-pyramidal or oval-elongated shape. The flesh is white or white-yellowish, juicy, tender, and aromatic; the skin is often covered with a russet coating.
The variety is valued for its high flavor qualities and is used in both commercial and amateur gardening. Due to its excellent compatibility when grafted onto quince, the variety is used as a valuable interstock for other crops.
