The Geisha variety series belongs to the group of Japanese azaleas classified as Rhododendron obtusum or Aronense group hybrids. These are compact dwarf shrubs with a dense, often cushion-shaped crown, typically reaching 40–60 cm in height, rarely up to 1 meter.
Flowering occurs in May–June. The flowers are funnel-shaped and come in various colors: purple, orange, red, and pink. Varieties in this group are characterized by sufficient winter hardiness and are suitable for cultivation in small gardens, rockeries, borders, and containers.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
