Variety description

The plant is a compact, rounded, densely branched shrub 50–100 cm tall, sometimes up to 1.5 meters. The leaves are leathery, lanceolate or elliptical, with an irregular creamy-yellow border that becomes brighter in spring.
A male variety whose deep red-maroon buds form from August–September and persist throughout the winter. In spring, from March to May, they open into fragrant star-shaped flowers of creamy-white color.
The variety is intended for ornamental landscaping, suitable for gardens, parks, and containers. It prefers partial shade or shade, acidic, well-drained, and humus-rich soils, and is resistant to diseases and pests.
