The variety is a spontaneous mutation of the Eigenheimer variety. Tubers are medium to large in size, oval or oblong in shape, and have a bluish skin color. The plant is characterized by tall stems.
By type, the variety is classified as starchy. When harvested early, the tuber texture is firm; upon full maturity, they become floury. The variety is mid-early, susceptible to late blight, and is currently considered rare.
