Variety description

10 August 2026

The plant belongs to annual prostrate species with thick stems and petioles of green or reddish-brown color. Leaflets are light green, with a characteristic crescent-shaped light marking. Flowers are white with red veins. The variety has the ability to bury its pods in the soil for seed preservation.

The variety is early-mid maturity, flowering approximately 110 days after sowing. It possesses good resistance to Phytophthora root rot, but is susceptible to clover scorch and Pythium infection. The content of the estrogenic compound formononetin in the plant is low.

Used for establishing pastures and crop rotations in regions with rainfall levels from 400 to 800 mm. Well-adapted to light and medium-textured soils, suitable for grazing sheep, cattle, and horses, as well as for hay and silage production.
