The winter wheat variety Mv Menüett (also known by breeding number Mv 07-05) was developed at the Agricultural Research Institute of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. The plant is characterized as early-maturing with good resistance to lodging and reliable winter hardiness.
During testing, the variety demonstrated resistance to the leaf spot pathogen Pyrenophora tritici-repentis. The variety belongs to the quality wheat category and possesses favorable dough baking properties based on farinograph and alveograph analysis results.
