The variety was obtained as a result of crossing the F1959W1-2 and MV22 lines. The plant is early-maturing and demonstrates a yield level exceeding that of a number of varieties in the same quality groups of the same registration period.

The variety possesses high winter hardiness and resistance to lodging. High resistance to infection by the pathogen Pyrenophora tritici-repentis was noted. Grain quality is assessed as high, with favorable farinograph and alveograph test indices; high-molecular-weight glutenin composition: 2*, 7+9, 5+10.
