The variety is a winter soft wheat with a height of about 90 cm. It possesses good resistance to diseases and lodging, and is distinguished by high frost and drought tolerance. The production yield potential is 7–9 t/ha, exceeding 10 t/ha under optimal conditions.
The thousand kernel weight is 44–46 g, and the test weight is 82–84 kg/hl. The protein content reaches 12%, and the wet gluten content is 24–26%. The variety was obtained using classical breeding methods by crossing the Skopljanka and Proteinka varieties.
The optimal sowing period falls between October 10 and 25 with a seeding rate of 500–550 germinating seeds per m² or 220–240 kg of seeds per hectare.
