The Ciclope variety belongs to modern breeding types of wheat. The plant has a medium-low height and is distinguished by active biomass accumulation of both shoots and roots, with the root system of the variety being thicker compared to a number of other varieties.

The variety demonstrates high grain yield, especially when nitrogen fertilizers are applied. At the same time, the protein concentration in the grain when nitrogen is applied may be slightly lower than in traditional tall wheat varieties. The grain is used for the production of pasta, bread, and couscous.
