The variety is a vigorous rootstock vine with moderate lateral shoot formation. The shoot tip is semi-open, with weak to moderate pubescence. The upper side of the young leaf has a characteristic light copper-red color.

The plant possesses high resistance to the root form of phylloxera, as well as to the nematodes Meloidogyne arenaria and Meloidogyne incognita. The variety demonstrates good graft union compatibility and is characterized by a high cane production capacity, ranging from 50,000 to 70,000 meters per hectare.
