The Dominga variety is a table grape grown primarily for fresh consumption, although it can be used for juice production. The plant is characterized as vigorous.

The variety belongs to the seeded category. The clusters are large, the berries have a round shape and skin with a yellowish hue. The variety is characterized by a high ability to be preserved on the vine, which allows for harvesting until early January.

In scientific studies, the variety is considered as an object for genetic analysis of berry weight and seediness. The chemical composition of the berries is characterized by a high content of polyphenolic antioxidants, in particular flavan-3-ols.
