The variety was obtained by crossing the table variety Bolgar and the wine variety Chasselas musqué. Its primary use is as a table grape, however, the variety can be used in winemaking to produce light white wines or in blends to enhance muscat notes.

The vines are of medium vigor. The bunches are medium-sized, conical or cylindrical-conical in shape, of medium density, with an average weight of about 257 g. The berries are large, oval, white-greenish in color, turning a golden hue upon ripening, with a subtle muscat aroma.

The variety ripens in the second half of September. It has a good sugar accumulation capacity in the range of 17–20% with an acidity of 5–7 g/l. Yield is high, reaching 20–25 t/ha. The variety does not possess high resistance to oxidation.
