The variety is a product of the natural crossing of the Hebén variety with an unknown pollinator. The crop is characterized by high productivity, forms large clusters with medium-sized berries that acquire a golden hue upon ripening, and their skin becomes very thin.
The plant is relatively drought-tolerant but susceptible to downy mildew. The variety belongs to the medium or late maturity group. Traditionally, the variety was considered dual-purpose, however, it is currently used primarily in winemaking, producing aromatic dry wines with fruity and floral notes.
