The Pugliese B variety was created within the framework of Italian breeding programs led by Donato Antonacci at the CREA institute. It belongs to the group of seedless grape varieties intended for fresh consumption.
The plant is characterized by the absence of seeds in the berries and the large size of the berries themselves. The variety is part of specialized breeding projects aimed at creating competitive seedless grape varieties.
