The variety is a vigorous bush with five-lobed, wedge-shaped or rounded dark green leaves with very slight pubescence. The clusters of the variety are medium-sized, conical and dense. The berries are white, medium or large in size, round in shape, with fleshy-juicy pulp and skin of medium thickness covered with a waxy bloom.

The variety has high yield and an early ripening period. The plant is sensitive to downy mildew and shows medium resistance to powdery mildew. Wines from this variety are distinguished by low acidity and specific honey and quince notes. The variety is also known under the synonyms Durasaine, Durazaine, Raisaine Blanche, Raizaine.
