The variety is a hybrid of Arnsburger and Seyve-Villard 1-72. The vine is vigorous with upright shoot growth and weak lateral development. It belongs to the PiWi category and possesses high resistance to downy mildew and moderate resistance to powdery mildew and Botrytis.
The clusters are of medium size and density, consisting of small to medium round yellow-green berries. Winter hardiness is assessed as medium to high; the variety is capable of compensating for yield after spring frosts. Yield varies from medium to high.
The variety is intended exclusively for wine production, characterized by high acidity, full body, and fruity aromas of green apple, quince, citrus, and banana. The style of the beverage is similar to the Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois varieties.
