VIJARIEGO BLANCO is an independent variety, presumably originating from a natural cross of the Hebén variety. The plant is characterized as vigorous and high-yielding, maturing in mid-late or late periods.

Morphologically, the variety is distinguished by medium-sized, five-lobed leaves and pale yellow berries. The variety has good resistance to grape diseases.

Wines produced from this grape possess a lively character and high acidity, which allows them to be used in blends or for creating sparkling wines. The aromatic profile includes shades of green apple, pear, and herbs.
