Vigorous plant with an upright growth habit. Leaves are large, round, 3- or 5-lobed, medium- or deeply dissected. Flower is hermaphroditic. Clusters are medium-sized, cylindro-conical in shape, dense or medium-loose.
Berries are medium-sized, round, black with a waxy bloom, having thick skin and juicy flesh. The ripening period is approximately 164 days. The variety is thermophilic, drought-tolerant, but prone to shedding of ovaries under adverse weather conditions in spring.
The variety is intended for winemaking, in particular for creating dessert wines and blends, imparting Muscat tones and fullness of flavor to the drinks. Sugar content at harvest reaches 20–26 g/100 ml.
