The variety has a vigorous vine and well-maturing canes. The flower is functionally female, which causes yield to be highly dependent on the quality of pollination and proximity to other varieties such as Chasselas, Saperavi, or Aligoté.

Clusters are medium-sized or large, cylindrical-conical in shape. Berries are large or very large, oval or round, greenish-yellow in color, sometimes with a brownish tan. The flesh is fleshy-juicy; the skin is thin and delicate. The variety possesses low transportability.

The grape is drought-tolerant, however, it is sensitive to downy mildew, powdery mildew, and gray mold. It is characterized by reduced winter and frost hardiness and is demanding of heat and light.
