The Dominga variety is a table grape intended for fresh consumption. The berries have yellowish skin, firm flesh, and an elongated shape, forming large and uniform clusters. The berries contain seeds, but their quantity is lower than in many other seeded varieties.
The variety belongs to the early-mid maturity group and is characterized by a high content of polyphenolic antioxidants, specifically flavan-3-ols.
