The clone was obtained as a result of individual selection at research centers in Hungary. It is intended for professional viticulture and ensures the production of genetically pure planting material.

The derivative form B.5/8 differs from the base variety by the presence of smaller lateral clusters. The main goal of breeding these clones is to increase yield reliability and improve the quality of the resulting wine.
