The variety has a mid-late maturity period. The plant forms five-lobed, moderately dissected leaves; medium-sized conical bunches have medium density. The berries are black or dark blue, round or oval in shape, and are distinguished by thin, soft skin and juicy flesh.
The variety is demanding regarding growing conditions and requires a large amount of sunlight. The crop is susceptible to black rot and grey mold. Wines made from this grape have a ruby-red color, a balanced alcohol content, and are suitable for long-term aging.
