This clone is the product of breeding work to select healthy material free from viruses and Agrobacterium. The morphological traits of the clone correspond to the characteristics of the base Pinot Gris variety, as selection focused on improving productivity and phytosanitary status.

The clone is characterized as a productive wine grape variety. Some sub-clones, such as B.10/5, demonstrate increased sugar content and acidity of the must at harvest, which contributes to improving wine quality. The ripening period corresponds to the base variety and is classified as early to mid-season.
