The variety forms uniform round-shaped root crops with smooth skin and a thin taproot. The flesh is homogeneous, intensely dark red in color. The leaf rosette is small, and the leaf petioles have a red color.
The plant is distinguished by high hardiness, plasticity, and bolting resistance. The variety is not prone to excessive nitrate accumulation, possesses excellent keeping quality, and is suitable for long-term winter storage.
The root crops have a universal purpose and are suitable for fresh consumption, culinary processing, and canning.
