The Fina variety tree has medium vigor and belongs to the female flowering type. The fruits are brown, curved pods with a rough surface, 14 to 18 cm in length. The seed yield of this variety is medium and amounts to about 10%.

The variety shows high adaptability to the Mediterranean climate, including drought tolerance and the ability to grow in poor soils. Resistance to certain diseases, in particular powdery mildew, is also noted. In Spain, the variety is also known by the synonym Mojonera.
