The plant has an open crown shape, in some cases a weeping habit is noted. The variety is characterized by high adaptability to drought conditions and the possibility of cultivation without additional irrigation. In nursery conditions, under unfavorable factors, susceptibility to fungal diseases such as Phytophthora niederhauserii is possible.
The fruits of the variety are relatively small, the average weight of one pod is about 16.2 g, with a seed content reaching 17.3%. The variety demonstrates one of the highest accumulated seed yield indicators among the studied Mediterranean varieties. The content of E410 gum in the seeds reaches 56.9% of dry weight, which determines its use in the food industry for obtaining stabilizers and thickeners.
