Variety description

The Python variety has submersed leaves of a narrow-elliptic shape with a characteristic spotted pattern. Under bright lighting, young leaves acquire an intense red-brown hue, which over time changes to olive-green while retaining dark spots. In the emersed form, the leaves become wider and shorter.

The plant reaches a height of 10–40 cm and has a moderate growth rate. For cultivation, nutrient-rich substrate, CO2 supply, and medium or high lighting are preferred. It reproduces mainly via adventitious plants on flower stalks and requires regular removal of old leaves.
