The variety forms a sward with an intermediate or semi-erect habit. Spring regrowth is characterized as medium-fast or fast, while the density of regrowth after cutting is medium.

The plant possesses resistance to snow mold Microdochium nivale, and also shows medium resistance to a complex of leaf spot and rust diseases. The yield of green and dry mass in the first year of use is estimated as medium.
