The Perzeus variety is a hybrid of Italian ryegrass (Lolium multiflorum) and meadow fescue (Festuca pratensis). The plant forms a semi-erect bush 90–125 cm in height at heading and possesses strong tillering. The flag leaf is green in color, with medium length and width.

The variety belongs to the late-maturing group; heading occurs 4–5 days later than that of the Perun variety. It is characterized by high winter hardiness, lodging resistance, as well as active spring regrowth and rapid recovery after mowing. Plant leafiness is 35–45%.

Used for forage production, it possesses high fodder quality and energy concentration. Suitable for cultivation in pure stands and as part of various grass mixtures intended for intermediate or medium and late mowing periods.
