The variety is a tetraploid hybrid obtained as a result of crossing meadow fescue and Italian ryegrass. It belongs to the ryegrass cultivar types and is distinguished by rapid regrowth in spring and after cuts.
The plant possesses high green mass and dry matter productivity, combining good winter hardiness with high forage quality. The leafiness level in the heading phase reaches 65.7%. The variety is characterized by resistance to leaf rust and leaf spots.
The seeds are large; the thousand kernel weight is about 4.18 g. The intended use of the variety includes pasture grazing, as well as harvesting hay and haylage.
