The variety is tetraploid and intended for hayfields. The growth habit of the plant ranges from intermediate to semi-prostrate. The rate of spring regrowth is rated as medium-fast or fast, and the density after mowing is medium.

The variety has a medium-early to late maturity group. Resistance to cereal rusts, the complex of leaf spot diseases, and snow mold is medium. The yield of green and dry matter in the first and second years of use is medium, and in the third year it is high.
