The Lilly variety, also designated as HO 113, is the result of a private breeding program. In the brewing industry, it is classified as a "new wave" aromatic variety or a dual-purpose variety.
The alpha-acid content in the raw material ranges from 7.5% to 8%. The aromatic profile of the variety is characterized as intense, with pronounced notes of lemon, mandarin, grapefruit, passion fruit, red currant, and gooseberry.
1 jurisdiction
Green indicates countries where the variety is listed in the national catalogue and its seeds are authorized for sale. Expired registrations are marked separately: the variety was previously admitted, but sale is no longer permitted.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
