The variety belongs to the fine aroma category. It is used in brewing to impart a delicate aroma and moderate spicy bitterness to the drink; the possibility of its application in baking is also being researched.

The alpha-acid content is 4.5–9.2%, beta-acid content is 4.0–9.0%. The total amount of essential oil varies from 1.1 to 2.3 ml per 100 g of dry hops. The cohumulone share is 21.3–27.2%, xanthohumol content is 0.3%.
